OUR RETURNS POLICY

We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

At One Pathway Co., we offer a 14 day return policy to our customers. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 14 day window indicated above.
